The Wichita LGBT+ Health Coalition<https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/AhYnCM825xuLy5lvIwPokh?domain=wichitalgbthealth.org/>, a non-profit established to help LGBTQA+ Kansans connect to safe, knowledgeable, and affirming healthcare, are committed to gathering feedback from healthcare providers and administrators who have transformed, or are in the process of transforming, existing practices to provide more LGBTQ+ inclusive care or have started new practices with the hope of creating a more affirming practice and ask for your support to distribute the survey link to organizations/individuals in your network. Please also distribute to individuals outside of your Kansas network, as we are interested in feedback from other locations as well.
