Subject: [Cancernmo] Join Us for a Free ECHO Series on Pediatric, Adolescent, and Young Adult Cancer Survivorship

We invite you to join the American Cancer Society for the Pediatric, Adolescent, and Young Adult Cancer Survivorship ECHO, an invaluable 12-month educational series offered at no cost.
Each year in the United States, over 95,000 children, teens, and young adults are diagnosed with cancer before the age of forty. While 85% of these individuals survive for at least five years, they often face long-term effects from their illness and treatments. Many healthcare providers may not be fully aware of the unique post-treatment survivorship issues and optimal care strategies for this population. Our collaborative sessions aim to deepen understanding of the specific needs of pediatric, adolescent, and young adult cancer survivors and promote robust discussions among oncology and primary care providers on effective care strategies.
Through a series of virtual ECHO sessions, we aim to:

  * Increase knowledge of the late effects of pediatric, adolescent, and young adult cancers and their treatments.
  * Enhance confidence in addressing gaps in care for these survivors.
  * Raise awareness of various survivorship care models.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits will be available for participants. Below, you will find more information about this FREE opportunity and a registration link.
